The Filtrex service
Filtrex is a fraud and bot protection service for Shopify stores. When you install and use Filtrex, you agree to configure and operate it in accordance with our documentation and applicable law. You are responsible for your store, your orders, and how you communicate its use to your customers.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed on the terms agreed at checkout and shown on the pricing page. If a free tier or trial applies, it is provided at our discretion. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise agree in writing.
Intellectual property
The Filtrex service, this website, and all content, software, graphics, and branding remain our property or the property of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
No warranty
The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While Filtrex is designed to reduce fraud and abuse, no protection system can guarantee that every order or visitor is legitimate. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or catch every fraudulent transaction.
